Skill Needs Report

The purpose of the the Skills Need Report is to advise of any significant changes that have occurred in the 12 months prior to publication that will have an impact on the skill and training requirements of the Victorian food processing industries.

Annual Industry Change Drivers Report

Prior to the Skill Needs Report, VFITB was required to research and submit a Change Driver Report to Skills Victoria (formerly OTTE). This report examined the major change drivers shaping Victoria's food processing industries and using qualitative data, suggests the probable implications these drivers may have on skills and training required by industry over the next 10 years and beyond.

This report is an overview of VFITB's activities over the past 12 months, whilst also looking at the future of our organisation.
