Skill Needs Report

The purpose of this report is to provide an update of the 2008 Food Processing Industry Change Drivers Report, advising of any significant changes that have occurred in the last twelve months and will impact on the skill and training requirements of the Victorian food processing industries. As such, this update should be read in conjunction with the 2008 Food Processing Industry Change Drivers Report for a more comprehensive view of the changes affecting these industries.

Annual Industry Change Drivers Report

Prior to the Skill Needs Report, VFITB was required to research and submit a Chande Driver Report to Skills Victoria (formerly OTTE). This report examined the major change drivers shaping Victoria's food processing industries and using qualitative data, suggests the probable implications these drivers may have on skills and training required by industry over the next 10 years and beyond.

Annual Report

This report is an overview of VFITB's activities over the past 12 months, whilst also looking at the future of our organisation.
