The Victorian Training Guarantee

Because training is important to your business and the Victorian economy, the Government will contribute on average around 70-90 per cent of the fees for eligible employees under the Victorian Training Guarantee.

This entitles every Victorian who meets the Australian citizen/residency requirements to a subsidised training place in an accredited course. Your employees are eligible if they are:

  1. Skills for Growth

    At no cost, eligible small and medium sized businesses can work with an independent specialist to review skills, plan for your business future and identify training opportunities. This service is provided through Skills for Growth: the Workforce Development Program.

  2. Market Facilitation Managers

    Skills Victoria's Market Facilitation Managers can provide advice and support about your skills and training needs.
