Baking Apprentice

Edana Baulch went to university but decided it wasn't going to help her secure the job she really wanted. Edana chose to pursue her passion, securing a baking apprenticeship at the age of 22. Since completing her Certificate III in Food Processing (Retail Baking), Edana hasn't looked back. She now works alongside her husband in their small family owned and operated business, Herzog Patisserie Bakery.

Watch a short video about Edana's success on the Skills Victoria website.
